1. Order Processing
- Once you place an order on Mojer, it will typically be processed within 1–2 business days, provided the order is confirmed and payment has cleared.
- Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 3 pm IST] or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note: During peak seasons (festivals, sales, etc.) processing and dispatch times may be slightly longer.
2. Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping for all orders with a cart value of ₹5,000 or more (after any discounts, before tax).
- The free shipping offer applies only to standard shipping within India and only to eligible orders.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charge will automatically be waived at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges & Areas
- For orders below ₹5,000, shipping charges will apply and depend on your delivery area/zone.
- The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery pin code and applicable courier rate.
- Please note: Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may incur slightly higher shipping charges, which will be shown during checkout.
4. Delivery Time & Regions
- Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, for major cities.
- For delivery to remote or rural regions, it may take 7–10 business days or longer depending on courier partner and location.
- We currently ship only within India. (If you plan international shipping, you may add: “Please contact us for international deliveries.”)
- Delivery times exclude processing time (see Section 1) and any delays by courier due to weather, holidays or logistical issues.
- For couture or custom made pieces it will take 7-10 days to ship the order
5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
- Payments must be completed online at checkout, using the payment methods available on the Mojer website/storefront (credit/debit card, UPI, net-banking, wallets, etc.).
- We appreciate your understanding.
6. Shipment Tracking
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS) containing the courier tracking number (if applicable).
- You can use the tracking number to check delivery status on the courier partner’s website or via link in the email/SMS.
7. Damaged / Lost Shipments
- In the rare event your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery or sign “Received damaged”. Instead, contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.
- For lost shipments (no delivery updates beyond reasonable transit time), please get in touch with us. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve as per our “Returns & Refunds” policy.
