1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Mojer are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Please ensure you review your order, address, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.


2. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, returns are not accepted.
Once products leave our facility, they cannot be resold or repackaged — therefore, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging your order to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@mojer.in with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  2. Once verified, our team will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or store credit, solely at our discretion.

  3. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur and do not qualify as defects.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.

  • In rare cases where cancellation is possible (before dispatch), please contact us immediately at info@mojer.in.

  • Approved cancellations, if any, will be eligible for store credit only, not a monetary refund.


5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is correct.
Mojer will not be responsible for non-delivery, delays, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.


6. Exceptions

Mojer reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in specific cases (for example, product recall, wrong item sent, or confirmed quality issue).
Any such exception is at our sole discretion and may involve replacement or store credit — not a refund.
